Zero Line Support — Terms and Conditions

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and AI Use Policy: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person or organization accessing and using our Zero Line Support service and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We" and "Us", refers to Computerized AI.

Zero Line Support is an AI-powered customer support solution that serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries. The service utilizes AI voice agents to handle customer interactions 24/7, process payments, and escalate complex issues to human support teams when necessary.

3. Use of Service

  • You agree to use the Zero Line Support service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to the system is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
  • You shall not use the service to transmit unlawful, abusive, or defamatory material.
  • You shall not attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the system.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Zero Line Support may process payments on your behalf as configured in your service agreement.
  • All fees are set out in your service agreement with us.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing structure with reasonable notice.

5. Data and Privacy

  • Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • Conversations with AI voice agents may be recorded and analyzed for quality assurance.
  • You grant us permission to use anonymized conversation data to improve our AI models.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • We exclude all representations and warranties relating to the Zero Line Support service.
  • We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, war, or government actions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of such changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United States, and disputes will be subject to U.S. court jurisdiction.
